ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

PiggyPlanr — Budget Planning Tool

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using PiggyPlanr, a budget planning tool operated by Omnilya Group Ltd. This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service. By using PiggyPlanr, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Permitted Use

PiggyPlanr is designed exclusively for personal and household budget planning. You may use the Service to:

• Track and manage your personal or household income and expenses.

• Set and monitor savings goals and loan repayment plans.

• Manage budget categories and allocations.

• Share budget management with a partner or household member through the shared user feature.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using PiggyPlanr, you must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.

• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.

• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.

• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar mechanisms to access or interact with the Service.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any part thereof.

• Share your login credentials with third parties or allow multiple individuals to access the Service using a single account (except through the designated shared user feature).

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without refund. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating and prosecuting any illegal activities.
