REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Free Trial
PiggyPlanr offers a 14-day free trial to all new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
2. Subscription Plans
PiggyPlanr offers the following subscription options (all prices include VAT):

Monthly Plan: €2.49/month for the first 6 months (introductory price), then €4.99/month.

Annual Plan: €39.99/year. After expiration, the plan converts to a monthly subscription at €4.99/month unless a new annual plan is selected.
3. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically. You will be charged at the beginning of each new billing cycle using the payment method on file with Stripe. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Your PiggyPlanr account settings.

The Stripe billing portal.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your access will be suspended but your data will be retained for one (1) year.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds or credits are provided for:

Partial months or years remaining on a cancelled subscription.

Account deletion during an active subscription period.

Switching from an annual plan to a monthly plan.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, when you subscribe to PiggyPlanr and request immediate access to the Service, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained through an explicit confirmation at the time of purchase.
7. Account Deletion During Active Subscription
If you delete your account during an active subscription period, the subscription will be terminated immediately. No refund or credit will be issued for the remaining period. All data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
