PiggyPlanr — Budget Planning Tool

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PiggyPlanr ("the Service", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), a SaaS budget planning tool operated by Omnilya Group Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 16796204, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
By creating an account, accessing, or using PiggyPlanr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service is accessible via web browser on desktop computers, smartphones, and tablets at https://piggyplanr.eu.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use PiggyPlanr. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If you are between the ages of 16 and 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use PiggyPlanr, you must create an account. You may register using:

A username, email address, and password; or
-
A third-party authentication provider (Google or Apple Sign-In).
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. PiggyPlanr offers optional enhanced security features, including two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometric login (e.g., Face ID, passkey). We strongly recommend enabling these features.
You must notify us immediately at info@piggyplanr.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Free Trial
PiggyPlanr offers a 14-day free trial to all new users. During the trial period:

You have full access to all features of the Service.

No payment information is required to start the trial.

At the end of the trial, you will be required to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
If you do not subscribe after the trial period, your access to the Service will be suspended, but your account and data will be retained for a period of one (1) year (see Section 9 — Account Deletion and Data Retention).
5. Subscription Plans and Pricing
5.1 Available Plans
PiggyPlanr offers the following subscription plans (all prices include VAT):
Monthly Plan:

Introductory price: €2.49 per month for the first 6 months.
-
After the introductory period: €4.99 per month.
Annual Plan:
-
€39.99 per year (equivalent to approximately €3.33 per month).

Upon expiration of the annual subscription, the plan will automatically convert to a monthly subscription at €4.99 per month, unless you actively select a new annual plan.
5.2 Price Changes
The introductory monthly price of €2.49 applies exclusively to the first 6 months of your subscription. You acknowledge and agree that the price will automatically increase to €4.99 per month after this introductory period. We will notify you in advance of this change via email.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5.3 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. PiggyPlanr does not store any payment card details. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
5.4 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You will be charged using the payment method on file with Stripe unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under European Union consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.
However, as PiggyPlanr is a digital service, by subscribing and requesting that the Service begins immediately, you:

Expressly consent to the immediate provision of the Service; and
-
Acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.
This waiver is obtained at the point of purchase through an explicit confirmation during the checkout process.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
7.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

Your account and data will be retained in accordance with our data retention policy (see Section 9).
7.2 No Refunds
No refunds or credits will be issued for any partial billing period, including but not limited to:

Early cancellation of a monthly or annual subscription.
-
Account deletion during an active billing period.
-
Downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan mid-cycle.
8. Account Management
You have full control over your account and data through your account settings. You may:

Reset your data: Clear all budgeting data while keeping your account and subscription active. This restores the Service to its initial state as if it were your first day.

Cancel your subscription: Stop future payments while retaining access until the end of the current billing period.

Delete your account: Permanently remove your account and all associated data (see Section 9).
9. Account Deletion and Data Retention
9.1 Voluntary Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

All personal data and budgeting data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Your subscription (if active) will be terminated immediately with no refund or credit for the remaining period.

This action cannot be undone.
9.2 Expired Subscriptions
If your subscription expires and is not renewed:
-
Your account and all associated data will be retained for a period of one (1) year from the date of expiration.

After one year, your account and data will be automatically and permanently deleted.

You may log in at any time during this retention period to either reactivate your subscription or manually request early deletion of your account and data.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PiggyPlanr only for its intended purpose: personal and household budget planning. You shall not:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other user accounts, or the underlying infrastructure.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
-
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service.
-
Share your account credentials with third parties.
-
Use the Service to store, transmit, or process any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to PiggyPlanr, including but not limited to the software, design, logos, trademarks, and content, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Omnilya Group Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into PiggyPlanr. We do not claim any ownership over your personal or financial data.
12. Limitation of Liability
PiggyPlanr is a budgeting and financial planning tool for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security purposes. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. Significant changes that affect core functionality will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
14. Future Bank Integration
PiggyPlanr may in the future offer the ability to connect to your bank account(s) through a third-party open banking provider to import transaction data. When this feature becomes available:

Use of this feature will be entirely optional.

The connection will be facilitated by a licensed third-party provider, not by PiggyPlanr directly.

Additional terms and a separate consent process will apply when this feature is introduced.

PiggyPlanr will only read transaction data; we will never initiate or authorise any payments or transfers from your bank account.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
EU consumers may also submit complaints to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will notify you via email or through an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
